You can check the status of your Begum order by following these steps:  

1. Visit begum.com.au.  

2. Scroll down to the Customer Support section and look for the "Track Your Order" option.  

3. Enter your tracking number (if provided by the seller), order number, email, or phone number.  

4. With either the order number or tracking number, you'll be able to see the delivery progress of your package. 

How to find your order’s shipping status 

To find your order’s shipping status: 

On begum.com.au  

1. Sign and go to Your account. 

2. Follow the same steps mentioned above to track your order. 

If the estimated delivery date has passed and your order still shows as Not shipped, it’s possible that the seller forgot to mark the order as complete on Begum or hasn’t shipped it yet.   

My order doesn’t have a tracking number 

If your order does not have a tracking number, please enter the order number and email. 

How to get your shipping status or track your order without a Begum account?  

An email with confirmation details will arrive once your Begum order ships. If the seller included tracking, you'll find a "Track Your Order" button at the top of the email for easy access.  

If you checked out as a guest, you could still reach out to the seller by replying to the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase.
