What do I need to do to complete an online order?
It is very easy, to complete an online order follow the steps below:
- Create an account
- Pick a category from the menu to see what we offer.
- Check out our featured picks on the homepage.
- Use the search bar or filters to find exactly what you're looking for.
- Select your item.
- Pick your size (if needed) and add the item to your bag.
- Once you're done shopping, click "Shopping Bag" to review your order.
- Fill in your shipping details.
- Choose your payment method and enter your information.
- Double-check everything looks right, then click "Pay and Order".
We'll send you a confirmation email right away, and another one when your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Have a Begum Account? Perfect! Sign in and go to "My Orders" to see the status. You'll get a tracking email once your order ships.
No Account? No problem! Create one with the email you used to order and see it under "My Orders." Tracking info is emailed automatically when your order is packed.
Is it possible to include products from different sections in a single order?
Some items ship from different places! To make things smooth, you can only order them separately.
What credit cards or payment options do you accept?
You'll find all available payment choices on the checkout page.
When does my credit card get charged for the purchase?
Placing your order triggers an authorization request to your bank. This is a quick check to confirm your card's validity and available funds. We don't actually charge your card until the fraud checks and bank authorization are
What happens if something I want is unavailable?
If a product you want is out of stock, you can still get it. Just find the "Notify Me" button on the product page. Enter your email address there, and we'll send you a message as soon as the item is back in stock and ready to purchase. This way, you'll be among the first to know and can grab it before it disappears again!
What is the exchange policy?
Unfortunately, online exchanges aren't available yet.
Can I cancel my order entirely, update the items you purchased, or change the shipping address after placing the order?
We understand. Let us know if you want to cancel your order, update items, or change your shipping address. We'll do our best to help, but keep in mind changes might not be possible once your order is processed.
Do you provide a warranty?
We source responsibly and collaborate with top sellers to sell handcrafted pieces that are built to last. Because of our confidence in the quality, we offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, this warranty excludes:
- Daily wear and tear (e.g., bent rings, broken chains)
- Improper use or storage of your jewelry
- Any modifications made by a third party outside of Begum
