How to change your shipping address after you placed an order?

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check that your order has not shipped yet.  

Choose your order and you will see whether your order is Shipped or Not Shipped: 

My order is not shipped yet 

If your item is marked Not Shipped, contact the shop to update your address on the order or cancel your order. You can then reorder the items with the correct shipping address. 

How to change your shipping address during checkout 

If you have not placed your order yet, you can change your shipping address when you check out: 

1. Add an item(s) to your cart. 

2. Go to Checkout 

3. Add the Discount Code (if any) 

4. Sign in to your Begum account if you have not already or give your email or mobile number. 

5. Enter your shipping address or edit if you need to make any changes.  

6. Confirm the payment method you want to use and review your order. 

7. Click on ‘Pay Now’. 

The seller wasn’t able to help me 

If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to contact with Begum. Go to ‘Contact Us’ and leave a message regarding your concern.
